Not determined-- Non-mineral spirits portion believed to be non-hazardous based on testing of analogous products. For solvents - NPCA Warns - harmful if inhaled - causes irritation. Reports have associated repeated & prolonged occupational overexposure to solvents with permanent brain & nervous system damage. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal.

Emergency and First Aid Procedures
Inhalation: remove to freah air - treat symptom. Consult physician.
Eyes: Flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Consult Physcian.
Skin: Wash with soap and water - treat all burns from hot material as thermal burns.
Ingestion: DO NOT induce vomiting - consult physcian.

Respiratory Protection Normally not needed. Use supplied-air respiratory protection in confined or enclosed spaces, if needed.
